3 BULLETIN JUNE 7 MOST HOLY TRINITY
THE MOST HOLY TRINITY
JUNE 7. 2020
ADMINISTRATION
My Dear Parishioners,
We have resumed public Mass and carefully thought out guidelines with the health and safety of others in mind. We also have resumed weekday Masses at 8:30am Tuesday thru Saturday and Mass intentions have been re-scheduled since stopping daily Mass in early March.
Before I summarize the guidelines for resuming public Masses for you, I would like to thank you for two things:
- For the inspiring ways in which you have found to connect with Masses online and for your faithfulness in enriching your life with Spiritual Communion.
- For your generosity and faithfulness in continuing your tithes to the parish. As far as I know, we are just about OK in meeting our expenses, which, of course, we try our best to limit.
GUIDELINES:
- The Bishop still excuses all from the obligation to attend Mass. If for any reason you do not feel comfortable or safe, you are excused from attending Mass.
- All will be asked to wear facemasks from the parking lot before Mass to the parking lot after Mass, removing them only to receive Holy Communion.
- There will be only one entrance to the Church and two exits. Hand sanitizers will be required at the entrance and before receiving communion.
- Seating will be restricted Families may sit together. Others will be asked to respect the 6 feet safe distance.
- When you arrive you will be asked to sit in the front pews first. Please follow the instructions of the ushers.
- When it is time for Holy Communion, ushers will invite the parishioners to come out row by row.
- The ushers will also direct the faithful to leave after Mass row by row.
- When leaving you will be asked not to enjoy our usual visiting and socializing, but rather to go directly to your cars and depart.
- There will be a basket at the entrance to receive your contributions. We will not pass the basket as we usually do.
- There will be no singing. The hymnals are removed for the time being.
- We will continue to live stream 11 AM Mass on Sundays until restrictions are lifted.
MAY GOD CONTINUE TO PROTECT US AND HELP US GROW SPIRITUALLY IN THIS DIFFICULT TIME. LET US PRAY FOR EACH OTHER ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO ARE NOT ABLE TO WORSHIP WITH US. THANK YOU, FR. JOSEPH

SOCIAL ACTION
FOODBANK: The May commodity of sugar was not overwhelming. We had very little to deliver to the Food Bank. Now that Church has started, maybe June’s requested commodity of OATMEAL AND CEREAL will pick up. PLEASE, WHEN AT THE GROCERY STORE, BUY EXTRA TO SHARE WITH OUR LESS FORTUNATE NEIGHBORS!
RELIGIOUS EDUCATION
RE BOOKS: Even though we are begining public Masses, we are still uncertain about our plans for Religious Education for the fall. Student books are in the narthex for parents to pick up at their convience. The church is open from 8 a.m. until 7 p.m. Since we did not finish the year, please review and finish the book with your child during the summer. The 1st grade class will be our 1st Communion Class and the 5th grade class will be our Confirmation class in the fall. Thank You, Susan

Thank you so much for your generous donations–
given in your weekly contributions and for your generous response to our Tithe/Fundraising effort. To date we have collected $13,411.00 of our $25,000.00 goal, (which is the usual profit from both of our events.) The idea is that you give what you normally contribute or spend to these events and if this” no Church due to Corona” makes us short meeting our budget needs, we will have that money to subsidize our needs. Please make sure you note “tithe”on the memo line or on your envelole, if you wish the contribution to be applied to the Fundraising effort. Thank you!
What an excellant job on the new web page. I found the bulletin and thought there was a lot of work put into all this. Thank you sincerely and God Bless.
